Rogers, Ph.D.
Dr. Rogers, an epidemiologist at the National Institute
of Child Health and Human Development, is a masterful manager and leader
of a very large multisite study approaching 20 sites, including the
data management center. This natural history study has been going on
for several years. The next incarnation of the research that she is
working on will be an intervention study. She has had the challenge,
the experience, and the success of incorporating several additional
research questions along the way, from immunology questions to drug
abuse questions, and has dealt with how one incorporates new investigators
as well as the new science.
